1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement governs the terms of your use of the services of the Internet resource for creating and managing online stores on the platform. By using the service, you confirm that you have fully read and agree to the terms of the Agreement.

1.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, you must stop using the service. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made to the Agreement is considered your agreement with the updated terms.

1.3. The platform administration reserves the right to change, supplement or delete clauses of this Agreement without prior notice. All changes come into force from the moment they are published on the website.

1.4. The service administration is not responsible for the actions of platform users if they violate applicable law or the intellectual rights of third parties.

1.5. The user undertakes to ensure that his actions within the framework of using the platform do not violate the norms of public order and moral standards.

1.6. The user confirms that he/she has all the necessary rights to create an online store and sell products through the platform.

1.7. The service administration is not responsible for the actions or inactions of users that lead to losses or damage to other users or third parties.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

2.1. User rights:

The user has the right to use the functionality to create, administer and sell products through the online store.
The user has the right to receive technical and advisory support within the selected tariff plan.
The user has the right to change and delete products, as well as change the structure of his/her store, in accordance with the rules of the platform.
The user has the right to receive notifications about technical work, changes in tariffs and functionality updates.
The user has the right to export his/her data, including the list of products and orders.

2.2. User responsibilities:

The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the service.
The user undertakes to comply with all legal requirements governing the activities of online trade in his/her country.
The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their account data and not to transfer them to third parties.
The User undertakes not to perform actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the service, including manipulation of servers, databases or code.
The User undertakes not to post content that may harm the reputation of the platform.
The User undertakes to provide all necessary documents and data required to verify their activities and comply with the law.

2.3. Administration rights:

The Administration reserves the right to change the rates and functionality of the service at any time. Changes come into force from the moment of publication.
The Administration has the right to block or suspend access to the User's account in case of suspected violation of the terms of the Agreement or laws.
The Administration has the right to conduct regular checks of the content posted on the platform and, if necessary, remove prohibited materials.
The Administration has the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the functionality of the service for preventive maintenance.

2.4. Responsibilities of the Administration:

The Administration undertakes to provide services in accordance with the declared characteristics of the service.
The Administration undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of data and the privacy of users.
The Administration undertakes to provide the user with technical support within the terms of the selected tariff plan.

3. Responsibilities of the Parties

3.1. Responsibility of the User:

The User is fully responsible for the content of their online store, for the selection and sale of goods, as well as for compliance with the laws of their country.
The User undertakes to compensate for all losses incurred by the Administration in the event of a violation of the terms of the Agreement, as well as in the event of claims from third parties, if these claims were caused by the actions of the User.
The User is responsible for the correctness of the data specified in the registration, as well as for the security of their account.
The User undertakes to ensure the fulfillment of all obligations to buyers and compliance with the terms of sale of goods.

3.2. Administration liability:

The Administration is not liable for user losses that arise as a result of illegal actions, technical problems, or force majeure.
The Administration is not liable for losses incurred by users if the service cannot be used for reasons beyond the control of the Administration (e.g., Internet connection interruptions, attacks on the service, external technical failures).
The Administration is not liable for the actions of users if they violate the law.
The Administration is not liable for customer dissatisfaction that arises as a result of improper fulfillment of obligations by the seller.

4. Services and rates

4.1. The Service provides access to various tools for creating and managing an online store. Services may include:

Online store hosting.
Visual and functional templates for customizing the design.
Tools for uploading products, managing the catalog, ordering products, and processing payments.
Advertising and marketing tools, including integration with social networks and search engines.
Updates and expansion of platform functionality.

4.2. The service administration reserves the right to change tariff plans and the list of services at any time, adding or removing any functions, without notifying users, if this does not affect the legality of using already paid services.

4.3. Payments for services must be made within the timeframes specified on the website. In case of non-payment or delayed payments, access to the service may be limited or suspended.

4.4. Services can be provided both on a paid and free basis, depending on the selected tariff plan. In case of free use of the service, the administration reserves the right to limit functionality.

5. Rules for posting content and using the platform

5.1. Prohibited goods and services:

It is prohibited to post goods and services on the platform that:

Violate the laws of the Russian Federation, Ukraine or other countries.
Related to drugs, psychotropic substances, "bookmarks", weapons.
Represent pornography, including with the participation of minors.
Are fraudulent or violate consumer rights (for example, deception in the sale of goods and services).
Contain viruses, malware or other elements that may damage the operation of the service or its users.

5.2. Prohibited actions:

Specifying domains that are not directed to the platform, or redirecting to third-party sites.
Placing ads for other online store rental services or advertising campaigns of competing platforms.
Manipulating ratings, trust levels and other parameters through multiple accounts or fraud.
Systematic placement of goods that have already been removed by the administration or blocked.
Placing content that may mislead buyers.
Creating multiple accounts by one user..

6. Privacy and data protection

6.1. We are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of data provided by users within the framework of security standards provided by law.

6.2. We do not transfer users' personal data to third parties.

6.3. All products and data on the platform are encrypted for security purposes.
